IAESTE offers public and private companies the opportunity to hire foreign undergraduate students in technical degrees for internships. The requirements for each position are flexible and they are established by each company according to their specific needs. On the other hand, local students are subject to be hired as interns by foreign companies.

Our organization is an international platform from which to contact foreign professionals, exploring new business opportunities and testing pilot projects in emerging markets. By collaborating with IAESTE, companies are also complying with their inherent responsibility towards the academic world and its qualitative development.

For more than 50 years, IAESTE has cooperated with companies and institutions in more than 75 countries, establishing itself as the top international organization for professional exchanges.

IAESTE takes care of processing the internships, as well as of providing housing for the students and receiving them upon their arrival. The association also organizes social activities during their stay in order to help students to integrate into our culture, celebrating weekly meetings, organizing weekend trips, etc.
