PROCEDURES

Once a company has established its requirements and the internship offer has been submitted and accepted, a complex process begins whereby offers are processed and filtered.

Over this process, the requirements of every single offer are assessed, and negotiations start with all the various countries who wish to participate in the exchange. This process is finalized during the annual international meeting which takes place at the end of January.

Once the suitable candidate is selected, the company receives the corresponding information and documentation between March and April. If for any reason the résumé of the candidate does not meet the expectations of the company, IAESTE will contact the country of exchange and ask for a second candidate.

From the moment in which the company accepts the candidate on, IAESTE takes care of all the procedures, including the reception and housing of the students.
