ARRIVAL

At your arrival there'll be some IAESTE member to pick you up at main airport/station. Since N5b's might not reach us on time, we strongly recommend you to send an email to your Local Comittee stating:

- IAESTE reference number (E/XXXX/x)
- date and time of your arrival
- flight number and airport information
- your mobile phone number

Some days we don't have enough resources to attend all arrivals, on that case the Local Committe will send you all information about your lodgement location and detailed instructions to get there.
